my life booksmet up with mrs seah and the juniors! Ok first i went to buy 3 scarves for five pounds and then bought roast pork lol.anyhoo, i took a long long time to go to covent garden and they wanna were in poetry cafe with a really cute not handsome but cute poet. Then later, i was locked outside and had to call mrs seah. And was so so so glad to see her. Didnt even get introduced to the girls until dinner time. Oh the poet told them to write about someone close to them and something related to that person eh this girl wrote something amazing about her grandma and her walking stick. Then naturally, sixteen year olds being young and leaving home, like how i used to be, cried cos everyone got really emotional reading and describing their kins in great detail. The whole home sick thing. And i felt really sorry for mrs seah cos its mr seah's bday today apparently and she was already ill and missing mr seah alot so...she cried too! Sigh...oh well. Anyhoo i followed them while they were at h&m, dont get wad all the hype is about, then i had a civilised cup of tea with mrs seah at pret. Couldn find seats at marks and sparks and starbucks. Lol. Oh we got lost for a little while. Then later mrs seah offered me to stayover but nah in the end the tube was only this near. So i am on the way back. Oh during dinner some girls were forced to sit with me so i just said sorry to traumatise them and yea told them wad they wanted to know. Besides that i wasnt really useful. More useful on the law questions.oh and oxford questions even before getting in. Then this girl who was rolling her eyes started asking me questions like why uk not united states and wadeva and yea. The real bonding came when two girls wanted to harmonise but didnt dare to do it cos i told them i was in choir in nanyang. Then they said they would sing if i sang so there was a little nanyang when you believe session and they requested the nanyang songs which i half forgotten. But more people crowded over during that session haha. So technically i taught them or showed them rather, more of singing than uk life haha. In that sense i felt a little apologetic. Haha. Cried when i was about to leave. Mrs seah stopped the juniors from requesting a last song cos it takes me two bloody hours to go back to canterbury. Then i cried and cried. Really because its so rare to see a bunch of singaporean nanyang family members here. And all the singing made me miss my singapore times...sigh....but i was really glad all in all.i was glad to show how i can proudly claim that i left hwa chong for what i have now. Because education aside(they're really equal though i am sure somethings taught in hwa chong is not taught here and vice versa), i have really changed. Which i really think made me a better person and more prepared for a real-world transition. Although now if i dont get into oxford it would seem quite loser haha.since i sound like i am really knowledgeable about oxford applications and stuff. But seriously, you would easily be in my position if you stayed in oxford and went to the open day. Go go go leeqi!
wanted to bake choco cake, ended up with really weird pudding like thing on asian church day. then later today wantted to bake cookies, ended up with PERFECT cakes...
i think its BRILLIANT that ohitorisama is airing new episodes every friday cos friday's my rest day. as in seriously i do NOTHING after sch. just shop (n bake when i feel like it). actually, living alone made me realise how i am totally suited for a career woman's lifestyle. cos I LIKE IT :D of course speculative n people who JUST WANNA FIND SOME PROBLEMS IN UR LIFE TO MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER will say but leeqi/jillian, isnt it really lonely? cook urself...ew... that kinda thing but u know what? IM LOVIN IT :D
cant imagine i just watched BRIDE and prejudice and wedding crashers one after the other..
i HONESTLY think my england accent is perfect. seriously, did a presentation in front of the sch today, and after that, i was in the comp lab and this little boy came up and said "how long have u been living in the uk" and i was like" um...since last yr?" and he said" o u speak english really well". normally its just praising from teachers but this time it came from the LITTLE BOYS OF KENT COLEGE ( a form of recognition i prize over the teachers' because the boys here are really cynical and are not easily impressed) not that teachers arent strict bt i would like to think they are more generous with their praises :D
the funniest and most nerve wrecking thing happened. I received i letter from queen mary saying that i should go visit their uni in open day. THENi was talking on my forum and this person who got the letter just told me " I GOT AN OFFER" and i was arguing that the letter isnt an offer. then he said his friend checked with admin office and they said it is? THEN i was like about to email from my gmail account to check and i saw "ur track has changed" and i signed into track, no need to confirm anymore, I GOT AN OFFER ALREADY AHHAHAHA :D:D:D:D
i am speechless to see u bugging me for what i wrote in my essay,by saying u will tell me urs, when u were so adamant about not giving me urs BEFORE i wrote mine. whats the point of comparing our answers now when we both handed it in.

bad day yesterday. shant go into it. it included breaking eggs and beign locked out of my own house. went to cafe belge with asami, miki, catherine, qian hui and si meng. then we got back to my house and played the 5/10 game for drinks. 4 bottles of vodka, bacardi, and chile wine. got a little drunk later. tried walking in a str. line ( good indication of drunk-ness)
